It is especially ideal for clients who desire the least amount of disruption or situations where heavy traffic could be an issue. Items are carefully photographed and meticulously cataloged by our team in your home. The remainder of the work takes place in our office. The next time we return to your home will be to manage the auction pick up process. This method has been extremely successful in clearing out contents while bringing in a good return. Historically, each auction has brought in hundreds of bidders and thousands of bids.
Traditional Estate Sales:
We are open to the public and reach patrons through extensive advertising. We notify our customer mailing list, advertise on various internet sites, post signs, and can custom advertise if need be. Upscale is noted for “setting up to sell”. When we open the door to the public, everything is displayed, priced, clean, and organized. Our publicly advertised photos of your sale items provide a grand picture for the client and potential buyers. We aim to maintain the integrity of the home and pride for the family. Once the sale is over, a complete clean-out service may be offered. To make it easy, our commission is deducted from the sale proceeds!
